This week we expect to harvest:  spinach, bok choi, turnips, radish, green garlic or leeks, salad mix, and Swiss chard.

The snow stomped on our spring spinach caterpillar tunnel, but it sort of righted itself. Today we got it fixed up, so we won’t have to crawl to harvest!
We have solved the problem of Tom running away! The only problem may be our babysitting budget overruns.
Baby cilantro minis coming to our subscribers doors this week! You can trim them on top of tacos or into salads. You can transplant them into your garden to get bigger. Or you can thin them for eating and allow a few to grow in the pot. A new idea for us to help give variety in early spring! #hungrygap #grow #csa #yearroundharvest #pumpkinridgegardens
James always says that the first day of spring in Oregon is marked by sunshine, rain, hail and snow. Today we had three out of the four, plus bonus wind!
