Uses: Most summer squash can be used interchangeably. They are all very versatile cooked, taking on the flavors of whatever is cooked with them. Sliced thinly, raw zucchini makes a delicious salad. Grated, summer squash can be added to baked goods to add moisture without fat. Grated squash also disappear into spaghetti sauce and other cooked dishes, adding nutrients.
