Storage: Store scallions in the refrigerator crisper in a storage bag.
Uses: Chop scallions and use in Asian cuisine and salads. Use white and green parts. Scallions add a sprightly onion flavor to salad dressings and sauces. Small regular onions and spring onions can be minced and used in the same way.
