Storage: All tender greens store best cleaned and dried. After rinsing leaves, dry in a salad spinner or wrap in paper towel. Store in the fridge in a bag that minimizes further drying out.
Uses: Salad greens can be used raw or cooked. If lettuce is overwhelming you, chop it and add to soups or stir fries. It will cook down and have a taste and texture similar to baby spinach.
