Storage: Store radish roots and greens separately. Radish greens are treated like mild mustard greens and make a great soup. Both roots and greens can be placed dry in storage bags in the fridge.

Uses: Radishes are a wonderful snack when raw, but they are also surprisingly good cooked. Mild radish flavor and a potato-like smoothness enhance soups. Radish leaves are good both raw in salads and cooked.
