Storage: Chinese (or Napa) cabbage should be stored in a bag that minimizes dehydration in the crisper in the refrigerator. It stores well for more than a week.
Uses: Chinese cabbage is the quintessential kim chee ingredient. Also use Chinese cabbage as you would regular cabbage or bok choy. It cooks up moister and faster than regular cabbage. Raw Chinese cabbage makes a great crunchy addition to salads or a low-calorie wrap.
